Our Policies

Reservations:

Reservations can be made online or by calling the inn. A valid MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express card number is required to secure a reservation. We do not charge your credit card until you arrive here, except for multiple rooms or multiple nights, which require a deposit, as described below.

Payment Methods:

We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.

Tax:

8.5% New Hampshire Meals and Rentals Tax will be added to room rates.

Deposits:

For rental of two or more rooms or a stay of three or more nights, a 25% deposit (plus 8.5% tax) is required at the time the reservation is made.

To reserve all the rooms, a deposit of 50% (plus 8.5% tax) is due at the time the reservation is made. A two-night stay might be required. To reserve all the rooms, call the inn; the reservation cannot be made online.

Cancellation:

Cancellations for which there was no deposit. A $20 service charge will be charged if cancellation is received at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival; $50 service charge may be charged if received 8 to 29 days before your scheduled arrival. The full room rate plus tax will be charged for no-shows and unfilled reserved rooms in which the cancellation was not received at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. At the innkeeper’s discretion, cancellation charges may be applied towards a future stay if booked within one year.

Cancellations for rental of two or more rooms or stays of three or more nights. If cancellation is received at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival, deposits will be refunded, minus a $50 (per room) service fee. If received 8-29 days before your scheduled arrival, deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation is received within 7 days of your scheduled arrival, the balance of the room cost (plus 8.5% tax) will be charged, unless we are able to fill the room(s) for the same number of nights.

Cancellations for rental of all the rooms. If cancellation is received at least 45 days before your scheduled arrival, deposits will be refunded, minus a $200 service fee.  If received 30-44 days before your scheduled arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If received 8-29 days before your scheduled arrival, deposits are non-refundable. If received within 7 days of your scheduled arrival, the balance of the room cost (plus 8.5% tax) will be charged, unless we are able to fill the rooms for the same number of nights.

Extra Person in Room:

$35 per night for each additional person (age 5 and above).

Breakfast:

Room rates include a scrumptious, bountiful breakfast. We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences with advance notice.

Minimum Stay:

A two-night minimum stay may be required from early May until late October as well as certain holidays and special events.

Children:

We take pleasure in welcoming well-behaved, supervised children of all ages. Please let us know in advance the ages and number of children so that we will be ready for your family (e.g., roll-away bed, high chair).

Check-in Time:

Normally between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Arrangements can be made for early or late check-in.

Check-out Time:

11:00 am. Arrangements can be made for later departures.

Parking:

Parking is available in our private parking lot at no additional charge.

Smoking:

The Bridges Inn is a no smoking and no vaping facility. Smoking or vaping is permitted outside only (away from the house).

Pets:

We cannot accommodate pets. If traveling with your pet, there are two nearby options:

Monadnock Humane Society for safe, clean, and affordable pet boarding and daycare. Reservations are required. (603-352-9011 ext. 105)

Keene Doggy Daycamp and Boarding is part of the Fast Friends Greyhound Rescue and Adoption Center, where your dog will receive excellent care, playtime, and human interaction. Reservations are required. (603-355-1556).
